Performer Agreement

Performer and producer agreement for the "Trick-or-Tease" burlesque production at Shipping and Receiving Bar, Fort Worth on Friday, November 1, 2019.
Stage name

Services provided:

Performer agrees to perform one burlesque or variety performance relative to the theme of the show (Halloween, spooky, noire, etc) as established in pre-production discussions.

Tech & call times:

5:00PM - Producer will arrive NO LATER THAN 5:00PM to begin set up of green room and performance space.

5:30PM - Variety performers and stage manager will arrive for blocking of equipment/props/etc.

6:00PM - Tech rehearsal begins for variety performers.

6:30PM - Tech rehearsal for remaining performers. You are not required to run your routine, but are welcome to do so. We will need you to confirm that your music is correct, and provide any special notes to the producer and crew at this time.

7:30PM - Tech rehearsal will wrap, if not already complete.

8:00PM - Doors

9:00PM-11:00PM - Show

NOTE: This is an intimate, tavern, floor-show. There is a designated performance area that bar patrons will not be permitted to enter (unless they are invited up by the emcee), but no elevated stage.


The Producer will be responsible for the payments listed below upon each show’s conclusion.

$100.00 will be deposited into one of the following online, money transfer services: PayPal, VenMo, Cash App, or Facebook Payments.


By signing below both parties agree to all terms and conditions included in this contract. Furthermore the parties acknowledge the receipt and understanding of this performance contract.

Code of conduct:

Performers and production crew agree to be respectful of each other, venue and venue staff, and event patrons. Performers will not perform acts which have not been approved by the Producer to ensure that they are not culturally insensitive, abusive, or physically dangerous to any persons, personal property, or the venue. Performers and production crew also agree to be good citizens and clean up after themselves.
